This beautiful Cape Cod-style home has over 2200 square feet of living space, with a large master suite on the main floor, and an open area upstairs with 5 additional beds. Altogether this home sleeps up to 10.

There is a covered front porch with swings where you can sit and enjoy the spectacular view of Bass Cove and the broad expanse of Lake Huron. Take a walk along the 150' of shoreline, or go for a swim! This area has a sandy bottom with some rock, so water shoes are recommended.

This home is in a perfect location for trail riding, hiking or hunting, with hundreds of acres of State land right at your fingertips. The popular Big Shoal Beach is just a couple of miles from the home as well. This is a very peaceful location for those who are just wanting to escape their busy lifestyle and enjoy what nature has to offer. Bring along some bird food and enjoy the migrating and local feathered residents at the home's feeders, and keep an eye out for the local osprey and other water birds on Bass Cove.

There is a fire pit near the water's edge, so bring along your s'mores fixings!

This home has a 2-car attached garage that is available to guests, as well as a large circle drive with plenty of parking for trailers and Jeeps.
