This spacious log home has the ultimate Up North lodge feel! There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, with sleeping for up to 14. There is ample room for larger groups to spread out and plenty of games to keep everyone entertained. There is one bedroom on the main floor, two bedrooms upstairs and there are also futons, trundles, and pull-outs throughout the home for extra sleeping. You'll enjoy cooking in the beautiful kitchen, complete with an island, hickory cabinets, a large butcher block, and heated floors! There's even an extra refrigerator in the laundry room.

There are two free-standing gas stoves in the home, one in the family room and another in the game room. The game room has a wall of windows overlooking Scott Bay and Maxton Bay. There is a pool table, foosball table, air hockey table, and a dart board. There is also a full-sized pull-out sofa sleeper in the game room.

The home has a large wrap-around covered deck, perfect for grilling and relaxing. The deck leads to an enclosed gazebo with a hot tub, which you can enjoy rain, snow, or shine. There's a large lawn for yard games or for kids to run and play. An enclosed dog run was added to the North side of the house in 2023.

A long drive opens up to a good amount of parking at the home, perfect for groups with trailers. The home is in an ideal location for hunting, ice fishing, off-roading, and snowmobiling, with acres of state land and trails close by.

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival with written notice shall be given a full refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations of less than 30 days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and sales tax unless Northern Properties is able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. You commit to your dates at the time of booking, there is no refund for early departure or refusal to occupy upon arrival or no-shows.

Rules

All of our homes are non-smoking.

Pets are strictly prohibited in homes that are not listed as pet friendly. This limitation extends to any visitors you may have to the property during your stay.

All vehicles are to be kept within the designated parking areas at the home. Failure to keep vehicles and trailers off restricted areas that result in damages to lawns, septic drain fields, etc. will be the guest’s responsibility to repair.

If you will be bringing trailers or will have multiple vehicles at the home, please make sure the rental home has adequate parking to accommodate your group prior to booking.

Water levels can fluctuate, which can affect docks. If you have concerns that a dock may not work for your boat, please call prior to bringing your boat. We cannot give refunds if a dock space is not adequate for your boat, or if the water levels affect a dock’s usability.

Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during this time.

Campers and tents are not allowed at the homes.

No parties and/or exceeding the number of guests the home allows.

Absolutely no fireworks allowed.

Target practice, hunting, or the firing of guns, bows, or other weapons is strictly prohibited on all of our rental properties.
