This cabin exceeded our expectations!! We loved it!! We were celebrating our 10th anniversary, and it was perfect! We are so sad to have to leave. Thank you for sharing your lovely piece of heaven...we will never forget this vacation!!
Loved to hear the loons and waking up to the beautiful view of the lake each day. Thank you for sharing your "Up North" cabin -beautiful setting, wonderful decor, kayaks, and lake. We will be back again. Bed was so comfy too!
The Cabin is perfect -quiet, serene, private, lots to explore around it. Love the decor. Didn't see any bears but did see lots of deer. We had a relaxing time at the loon loft.
This is a wonderful place to "reset". The silence here is deafening and good for the mind, body, and soul. Kayaking in the lake in the evening was so peaceful. The home is amazing, well-appointed and well stocked.
The people are so friendly! Everywhere you go people are waving! They made us feel a part of their island. Be sure to stop by the museum -learned a lot about the island and its pioneers! Loved this cabin. We ate popcorn and enjoyed the DVDs on the rainy day. Great place to relax and renew and make great memories with the family.
Accommodations were superb...super nice place and well managed! People on the island are very welcoming with many waves down the road. Made us want to come back for more and we will. Thank you!

Wildlife seen: Eagle, deer, sandhill cranes, loons, flickers, blue jays, chickadees, hummingbirds, red squirrel, kingfishers, terns, crows, turtles, frogs, fish, doves, pileated woodpecker, ducks and blue heron. -This is one of our favorite places to stay!
We absolutely loved the Loon Loft! It was a perfect weekend getaway from the busy week! It was a type of ""peaceful" we have not yet experienced! the view of the lake and the loons in the morning are amazing! This cabin exceeded our expectations! Very clean, organized, and well stocked! The most peaceful and relaxing weekend we could have asked for! Sunrises at the cabin and sunsets at the parcel across the street! We felt very comfortable, safe, and at home! Loved the game options and the craftmanship of the home!
The seclusion of this cabin is amazing, and the view is breathtaking. Everything here is so comfortable and "homey"! Thank you for sharing your home with us, we will definitely rent again! Until next year Drummond Island!
We saw a bear on our first morning here. Tons of deer and birds and we caught several small-mouthed bass! The cabin was absolutely wonderful, we will be back for many years to come! Love, love, love the shower and all the woodwork!
A nice rustic getaway for the week! Great location! We enjoyed golfing with the family at The Rock and the public golf course, Ray is the best! Thank you for letting us use your house! It was very relaxing and peaceful. Great location to see wildlife!
We could NOT have chosen a more perfect place to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary! The cabin is absolutely beautiful, clean, and homey...just perfect for us! Love the shower & the cool bathroom sinks. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be back to the Loon Loft!
