This charming home has approx 2600 sq. feet of living space and will sleep up to 6. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, 2 separate living & dining areas, and a deck that stretches from one end of the home to the other and overlooks Potagannissing Bay, just a quick boat ride to some of the best fishing on the Island. There is plenty of seating on the deck where you can relax and watch boats pass by and also enjoy some great sunset views!
The original part of the home was built in 1990 and is hexagonal, making the home very unique. It was then added on to in 1998, more than doubling the homes living area. The home sits on 1.5 acres of property and is beautifully landscaped with locally quarried stone. There is also a large protected dock and 190' of shore frontage which is swimmable, but water shoes are recommended!!
*Please note: the fireplace with quarry stone is not functional at this time.
