My signature below confirms that I have read and understand all rental terms and this agreement AND authorizes Northern Properties to charge any balance left due, and for any damages or charges incurred (as more specifically stated in the terms) to my credit card provided. If my credit card is insufficient at the time of charging, I understand and agree that it is still my responsibility and my expense for any damage caused by myself or anyone in my rental party and/or any balance owed.

I have read the Check-In instructions on the Rental Terms and know that there will be an envelope in the box outside the office; should the office be closed when I arrive.    I also understand that there is a 3% charge if I pay my balance with a credit/debit card.  (there is no fee for charging the deposit)

I also understand the cancellation policy, located on the rental terms. 

NOTICE:  You are responsible for letting everyone in your group know that there are no vehicles of any kind allowed on the lawn.   Those vehicles include: 4 wheelers, jeeps, motorcycles, and snowmobiles.   If you or anyone in your group damages the drain field, the lawn/landscaping, or any other pipes buried in the ground, you will be charged to repair the damages.  Damages could be as much as $5000.    You are also responsible for making sure that everyone in your group knows the rental terms and has a complete description of the home!
