Bedroom layouts: Main floor bedroom-king bed, Upstairs-King, second upstairs room-two twins, Bunk room downstairs-2 bunk beds with a full size on the bottom, twin on top. Each level has a bathroom. All bedding and linens are furnished.
Passage Pt has all the amenities, including an outdoor hot tub, gas fireplace, stereo, and a game room with a pool table. Satellite TV for lazy days! Plus a selection of board games and movies.
Open all year, enjoy summer activities like swimming and boating. Perfect spot for Salmon Fishing! Nice shoreline for swimming. Watch the freighters go thru the River, and the ferry going back and forth. Faces west for beautiful sunsets.
Includes lighted dock space with power, can accomodate boats up to 20 feet. Also, an attached garage for your toys or vehicles.
Other amenities include a firepit, charcoal grill, garage, washer/dryer, phone, TV's all over the house, deck overlooking the River, and did we mention the view?!
For large groups, you might consider renting Edgewater. Located next to Passage Pt with all the same amenities. Maximum # of guests in each unit is 10. Kids are people too.
July and August weekly deposit amount is $500, all other times the deposit amount is $250 for weekly. $150 for daily.
